Certified Professional Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist
Chārutā AhMaiua grew up in a small town in central New York. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After college, Chārutā joined the Peace Corps and was stationed in an extremely remote island country in the South Pacific known as the Republic of Kiribati. The experience profoundly changed her life. There she discovered there was much more to life than living for oneself, she wanted to be of service immediately. This realization led her to massage school at the Ashland Institute of Massage. She’s been in private practice for nearly 15 years and specializes in myofascial release, trigger point therapy and a deep-tissue massage performed with bare feet.
In addition to private practice, Chārutā is an instructor at the Berkana Institute of Massage here in Longmont, is a published co-author, professional coach and new mama to her son Julian. She loves everything outdoors, meditation and swimming.
