Elisabeth was born in Trondheim Norway, and moved to the US at the age of 19 to find a new and interesting life in Boulder, Colorado. She had always been interested in alternative ways of healing the body and soul, and in 2010 she discovered Rolfing®. Her goal is to help clients get relief from pain and achieve a better sense of their bodies through Rolfing® Structural Integration. She has always been passionate about helping people and has always believed that there are ways to prevent and heal physical problems by working on and with the body.
Elisabeth saw how Rolfing® Structural Integration helped several of her friends get out of chronic pain, and was curious enough to try it out for herself. It transformed both her body and mind in so many wonderful ways, and she decided that this was something she wanted to share with the rest of the world. Shortly after Elisabeth became a student and then graduated from the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado in March 2015.
Elisabeth is committed to healing. She believes that our bodies' health directly affects all aspects of our lives, and that Rolfing® is one of the most effective ways to find whole health.
“I always wanted to be in a profession where I could help people, and after seeing how much Rolfing® had helped me and so many people in my life, I realized this was how I wanted to help. Rolfing® is my passion; I can't imagine doing anything else.”
