Psychotherapy
Jillian Peck is a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. She received her MA degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University. Her life and work reflect a deep interest in understanding the relationship between one’s personality and a deeper self that seeks the freedom to experience a satisfying, creative, meaning-filled and love- filled life.
Through exploring current challenges, Jillian guides her clients to unwind the thoughts, feelings, and physical reactions underlying these experiences. Through this process, clients gain self-acceptance and insight around long-held patterns of navigating life and relationships developed early in life through family dynamics or through trauma.
When clients shift or heal these conditioned patterns of belief and emotional reactivity, they have more energy, feel lighter, and life has more possibility again. They experience a mind, heart, and body that has more clarity, empathy, and ease.
Jillian brings to her work a capacity to listen to what is spoken and unspoken, to be fully present to whatever unfolds, and to guide her clients with compassion and practical wisdom. Her approach draws on intuitive listening; mindfulness practices; body-centered approaches to working with the nervous system and anxiety; trauma therapies including EMDR; relationship dynamics including the Enneagram; grief and loss counseling; dreamwork; our inherent connection to the natural world; and near-death experiences (NDE’s) or spiritually transformative experiences (STE’S). Currently, she is integrating into her work Taoist alchemical practices that support emotional healing and internal masculine-feminine integration.
