Sarito Carroll, L.Ac.

Sarito Carroll is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who has served the Boulder County
community for over 18 years, offering compassionate care rooted in the belief that healing
happens when the whole person is seen.
Her path into natural medicine began early, growing up in a home where herbs, nutrition, and
natural remedies were everyday tools for health. Those early experiences fostered a lifelong
respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.
Sarito blends acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling to support
physical and emotional well-being. A skilled herbalist, she writes custom formulas and has
pursued advanced training with mentors including Chip Chace. Her special interests include
chronic illness, pain conditions, and emotional health concerns such as anxiety and depression,
and she is known for creating warm, collaborative relationships with her patients.
Sarito earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College
in Boulder in 2007, graduating with an Academic Achievement Award. She is a nationally
board-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and a licensed acupuncturist in
Colorado.
Outside the clinic, Sarito is also a licensed real-estate broker, ceramic artist, and writer—interests
that engage different skills, with real estate offering practical service and art and writing
providing space for creativity and reflection.
